Edlund9 inch (3-Pack) Premium Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Locking Tongs

I have been using Edlund Tongs for about 30 years. All of a sudden only half of the tongs are stainless steel. I use a clip magnet to keep my tongs on me and now only half of tongs are magnetic. Not happy, but unfortunately I still love the grip. 30 Years!!!!!!!!!!

I've used these tongs off and on since I was in high school. It's a great cooking too. Forget the spork and sometimes the spatula. The tongs are the best.

I have bought these same brand of tongs from Williams Sonoma years ago and love them! Very well made, easy to use and love the locking feature. I ordered a set of 3 12" tongs from Amazon, when they arrived, one of the tongs was missing a piece that makes the tongs lock shut and open, so they didn't work, you couldn't open them or lock them closed. Really frustrating that they couldn't just send out one replacement tongs and have me return the one that was defective. Instead the only option is to return all 3, and then place another order for another set of 3 and hope that this isn't a problem again. I was going to do just that, except now the price has increased by $3.75. I think instead, I will just order from Williams Sonoma, that way if there is a problem, they have a much more customer friendly return/exchange policy.

Tongs are high quality, but contrary to the description of item they do not lock. I will be returning.

First things first, MINE CAME WITH A LOCKING MECHANISM. Before I bought this product, some of the reviews said it didn’t come with a lock so I was a bit apprehensive. BUT, these tongs are so awesome, I said F IT, if it doesn’t lock, they’re still great quality tongs.Side note: I’ve previously owned a pair but my brother keeps taking them so I had to buy more.

These are the real deal. I lined cooked for a bunch of years had a pair of these I gave away. Been missing them ever since; having the use the ones with non-stamp clamp area that flex and bend. I can pick up a grill grate with these if I had to. Tongs are an extension of your hand so can't go limp. Don't be a weeny and get the 9" ones for best control.

I bought some of these tongs years ago at the Viking Cooking School in Memphis. They are absolutely great, found them on Amazon and bought some more. Work wonderful, far better than any other set I have. Donated the others.

My mother had two pairs that were longer and shorter than these, so she needed something in between. I got the 3 pack to share with myself and my sister. Nice, thick metal and you can tell they are of quality construction. My mother's longer tongs have been around as long as I can remember. Big plus that they are USA made.
