Lunch bag not insulated, overall a good buy!
Backpack has good graphics/color. Seems sturdy. Only thing is the bag stated it was insulated, but it’s not. Other than that, great for my girls!

Poor quality, poor customer service ware of money
I was hesitant to buy this item due to some bad reviews but I took the risk because my daughter is crazy about this set.*True, the lunch bag is not insulated at all. * (refer to pictures) This is the condition of the book bag after a month of school. Mind you my daughter is in second grade and only has a folder, one book and occasional toy in it. With that being said, this book-bag’s quality is super poor. I was hoping for this to be used for at least a year just like all other book bags we have.*I tried to contact seller to try to resolve the problem. Since I bought this way before school started, when problem occurred, the return window closed. It’s almost a month and no reply.
