Very satisfy with the camera. It matches my chrome trim. Image is clear but as super clear like I thought it would since is an HD camera.I wish it didn't have the guide lines. They are a bit annoying since its an universal backup camera and not all vehicles have the same angle trim.Love the fact that the camera is made out of metal and not cheap plastic like others. I'll see how long this one last. All other I have purchase only last an average of 8 months.Camera install on a 2013 maxima to an AppRadio3. NOT STOCK MONITOR

Very nice. Works well and easy installation. But, can only be mounted right side up, not reversible. Thus, for me the distance lines on the monitor are upside down.

My first rearview camera purchase and here's why I like it. It has a sturdy metal with chrome finish exterior. The wiring was long enough to route from the rear hatch to the new rearview mirror monitor in my Odyssey. The camera feed wire included a power lead that I tapped into the reverse light to power both the camera and monitor in the mirror and only needed to run one wire. I also like the wire feeds through the bolt to attach it to the vehicle so I only had one hole to drill. Finally I like the guide lines built into the camera image.Improvement suggestions are to include instructions, even a generic wiring diagram would be helpful. Also the nut that attaches the camera to the body had to be untreated over the camera cable to remove and re-attach it. Consider a larger diameter bolt thread to make this an easier step.Overall the setup was easy and works well.

Works good! A little grainy visually but that could be the wiring? I didn't pay close enough attention to the color. I thought it was going to be black but it is chrome.

I bought this from lovelive-5 stars. The case is metal, heavy, and well chromed. The camera works well. However, the camera suffers from an unmentioned but massive design defect. The nut on the threaded post was placed on the wire PRIOR TO assembly, and that nut will NOT slide off the wire for mounting. It has no instructions to inform you of that. To be crystal clear, it will not work to simply drill a hole for the post, then remove the nut and washers, from the wire, slide the wire and threaded rod through the hole, and put the washers and nut back on, and tighten. This is because the inside diameter of the nut is too small slide over the connector on the end of the wire. For the vendor not to mention that fact in the description is deceptive. With nothing to lose, I tried running a die over the connector to see if I could get it to thread off that way but then the connector broke. The only place you could mount this camera is in a slot.

Package delivery was fast. But there are few problem before installation. First the camera is Chrome finish, not black. Second, there is no manual for installation. Third, the camera send isn't exactly the one show in picture. I installed a similar one in my other car, I thought it will be the same.The one I received has different connection design than the one shown in the picture. The one I received has bad design that requires me to drill a bigger hole for the cable to go through, which might be bigger than the screw that holes the camera to the car's sheet metal. Contacted seller for the "correct" installation , will update with result.

So... I've had this installed on my car for about a year now and it's still working great with my Pioneer Avic X940BT head unit. No signs of weather damage to the finish...though I do live in a very dry region of the United States and I do have a garage. I wish there were no parking lines built into the camera as the ones on my head unit are adjustable and can be turned on or off. Video is clean and clear even at night. It would be nice if there were a way to rotate the image for different mounting options. Overall this is a great buy so I will give it 5 stars.

The camera is pointing a little toward the ground. I would give this a 5 star, if the manufacturer could re-adjust the camera angle.Another note: the included instructions are in chinese. If the manufacturer is serious about selling in the US, at least they should have the courtesy to translate to English !Otherwise, it works very well.
