I really really loved this water bottle. I love glass over plastic or metal, and the timing on the side was super helpful to keep me on track all day. I definitely drank more water. It fit in my car holder, and the blue was really pretty. I even bought another for a friend right away because I loved it so much! But just FIVE DAYS into using it, there were two problems: 1) even though it says dishwasher safe, the markings on the side were starting to wear away. Probably wouldn't have happened with hand washing, but who knows, and honestly, what good is this bottle without the hourly markings? 2) It was on my desk at work and it fell off the desk, and shattered into a million pieces. The floor is carpeted (with that thin office carpeting), and I would have expected it to withstand at least a 2-foot fall. But no. Very sad, but now looking at plastic opitions.

We're using this bottle to help a family member who has needed IV's at least a half dozen times in two months because of dehydration after a head injury. We're now using this product to measure his fluid intake. (We refill his glasses to the top from this bottle, so we can see how much he drank.) We show him the times on the side of the bottle and can say, "You're one inch behind." He always drinks the amount needed to catch up because it's always a small amount. So much easier and more effective than telling him how many glasses he needs to drink each day.I love that the container is glass, so we don't have to worry of chemical leaching when we go on trips and drink from the bottle.Only downside is that the print on the side of the bottle is kind of small, so we need to bring it to the light to see.

Love my glass drinking bottle however, the gasket that folks have mentioned is definitely a problem. It will leak. I’ve tried it loosely, I’ve tried it tighter and all points in between.I suggest these folks work on finding a new one that won’t leak. Please! I really like the bottle! It would be perfect if the gasket did not allow leaks.I would gladly give it 5 stars if it were fixed.

I purchased this because I like the wide mouth feature, the shaker ball and the volume/time printed on the side. I mix flavor in with my water so I loved the idea of the shaker ball to break up any clumps. There is a rubber gasket inside the lid which I thought might prohibit leaks, it does not. I thought maybe I was screwing the lid on too tightly causing the gasket to bunch but that apparently is not the issue. Unfortunately no matter how gently or tightly I screw the lid on it leaks everywhere.

EDIT: I emailed the company through their website and they quickly sent me a new lid. I’m using it for the first time today and all seems well. Great customer service. I’ll try to remember to come back with an update in a while.I had the old style with the smaller mouth & screw off top. It was great, so after I broke it, I needed a new one. The gasket on this lid is crap. It bunches every time and the bottle leaks everywhere, including in my shirt. Since I’m working from home, this isn’t a big deal, but I’m not going to be able to use it at work.

I bought 3 different bottles when I decided to stop buying bottled water to help reduce waste. I also purchased a distiller and minerals to add back into the water. Anyway, this bottle is the only one of the 3 I like because of the lid. The lid is removable for easy cleaning. The other 2 you drink out of the bottle and I am afraid I will chip a tooth and the cleaning is more difficult.

I am very impressed with both the quality of this item and the customer service. I had a problem andthey sent 2 different parts to solve the problem. I use it at the gym and also at home. The bottlehas markings on it to show how often you should consume water (hour markings). I broke onebottle, ordered another, and I had it the next day! Very happy customer!

Ordered two water bottles which arrived on time and as promised. Seller notified me that the package should have arrived which tells me they are paying attention to details - such as their buyer getting the product. Bottles seem to be made well; markings on the bottle for volume consumed are very clear and accurate. Love the blue color and the sleeve fits snuggly. So far, I'm a big fan.
