Excellent Seller but sadly the Jack is poor quality.
Item arrived with a broken carry case and immediately looks poor quality when you open it. I tried to jack up my 1.6 ton BMW and it struggled to the point that I stopped prior to getting the car wheel off the floor. I will not be using it again as it inspires no confidence at all!However, the seller has been excellent and I would give them 5 stars if I could, they went out of their way to sort out my concerns.
