Bought this pump to replace a pool pump destroyed by hurricane Ian. Not the strongest 2 hp pool pump, but does the job. Would buy another one if needed.

I had to have the electrician replace 110V cord with 220V and wire to pool breaker box. It's more than just flipping the switch, but it's OK.Union (1 1/2" outflow from pump) is a flat surface, instead of the American one that is grooved with an O-ring to prevent leaks. Have constant dribble no matter what.Lastly, a professional pool installer questioned if the actual flow rate was what was advertised. Noticeable speed reduction of pool robot which works from water output.Customer Service was GREAT! Pump is VERY quiet.

262 Viton O-Ring, 90A Durometer, Round, Black, 7" ID, 7-1/4" OD, 1/8" Width (Pack of 2) Is the O ring that works for the 6 bolt flange on these. Two of the three pumps Ive taken apart, the bolts were either loose or the original or the O ring was pinched during assembly. Put some silicone grease on the O ring before putting the two parts together. This O ring is thicker and it seals just fine. Pull the bolts up tight, snug.

The pump came with a 110v cord attached, has decent suction, quiet and was easy to install. But there is no On/Off switch so I had to redo the electrical wiring and add a new switch and waterproof electrical box. I've purchased several pumps over 25 years for our pool and all of them have had switches.

This moves the water through the filter and solar heater like it should. The last pump only rippled the surface of the pool water. This pump causes the water surface to tumble like water over small rapids.

The VivoHome pump arrived on time yesterday afternoon and I had it up and running by evening. I would have had it running sooner but for the problem I experienced with the 110/220 voltage setting. As others here have pointed out, the manual could have been much more helpful in that regard. But thanks to customer reviews, I managed to solve that problem by cutting off the electrical plug, stripping the wires and rewiring directly according to color coding (black to black, white to white, etc.)But more importantly the pump is powerful with excellent flow and runs very quietly. This summer my pool will be happy and so will my family.

I bought this pump and did not install right away. It lasted one day and crapped out. It is past the return window however I contacted the company and after a few emails made it right.

Pour la branche sur le 220v ...vous devez couper la prise 110v laisser la brancher a l intérieur du boîtier de la pompe couper les fils de 4 pouces prendre un fils 220v et brancher le fils BLANC avec BLANC et NOIR avec NOIR ...,et Brancher le GRD AUX BOITIER ......Oublier pas des mettre l interrupteur sur la pompe a 220v et le tour est joué ....pompe silencieux et pasmal PERFORMANTE pour le PRIX

Très déçu de la pression et elle coulait, pas très puissante pour une 2 hp, retour pour remboursement

Do not buy!! Stopped working at 30 days - just when we could no longer return it.We had to purchase a new one from a different supplier.Completely dissatisfied
