It’s not bad. I used it before bed to add moisture under my eyes and it did do that. Did not experience and cooling sensation. I also do not recommend rubbing it directly under your eye because it will pull at that delicate skin. I just swirled my finger on it and dabbed under my eye to apply.

Product arrived in fine condition, top layer of product a little hard and waxy but quickly worn down to a soft, glidable product. I was initially unsure of how moisturizing the product would be, but after about a week I can feel a difference in the softness of my undereye and the depth of undereye color. At night or in the morning, definitely gives a “woken” look, which is especially helpful now as I wear little makeup. Hoping it holds up for the long term!

I really love this undereye balm. It feels cool and moisturizing as it says it should. My only issue is that when it arrived, the top portion of the stick had crystalized and hardened. I had to cut that portion off. I am assuming, with all of the pandemic issues, some stock got left on a shelf for a little too long.

I bought this version over Tula Glow and Cooling. I like this version better. I wear it under and over make-up. It brightens up your eyes. It's very moisturizing and gives almost like a sheer glowing appearance. If your eyes are tired looking, this will perk you up a bit. I just dab it on with my ring finger right under my eyes.

I’ve bought this twice because I lost the first one. When I received this one the top layer was crusty and gross. It was fine once I peeled it off, though!

It doesn't feel like it’s doing anything and casts an unflattering white sheen on skin. No cooling sensation or visible improvement either.

I don’t know if mine had melted in the past or this is how it’s supposed to feel, but mine was like rubbing sandpaper under my eyes. Gritty and clumpy. I had to add water to get it off and bc of the abrasive texture I am left with a stinging and burning sensation. I will try it again later after removing the top part, but if it doesn’t feel better it will have to go back.
