Unhealthy Experience with Product
It had a strong taste, and potassium caused me to have serious health problems throughout the night and I came close to going to accident and emergency being awake all night feeling sick.The recommended daily potassium recommended allowance guideline is less.There needs to be a health warning disclaimer. I thought potassium is safe on amazon. Tread with caution.The first warning sign was immediate pain in my chest after swallowing one sachet with the recommended water ml. Then my health progressively went downhill.I will be sticking with specific brands that specialise in supplements. I want to be refunded and will return the remainder to Amazon. I used one sachet.I am giving the red light to avoid if you value your health not fit for human consumption.

It has made such an "overnight" difference in my pain in my legs and body. I didn't realise I was low in Potassium until I took this product. I only take a 1/2 dose each day but some days I have taken the two 1/2 doses hours apart. I make sure I take it without food as it makes the stomach alkaline. I find last thing at night quite good and then I wake up with no pain. Very effective. May try a full dose soon, but I am being careful because it's not good to have too much Potassium, but at the required amount being 4700mg daily you do have some room to play with. To get that kind of dosage daily you would need to eat 15 cups of salad per day - never gonna happen!

OK product but wasteful & deceptive packaging
The media could not be loaded.
Bought this to supplement my potassium during my water fast. Can't comment on it's efficacy yet, flavour is OK, it tastes of potassium so... mixes well with water, particularly soda water. My only objection is the extremely wasteful packaging. See video.

i bought it for the troubles with my blood pressure and chest pains. after taking it for a month together with magnesium i felt improvement. it is also increases your stamina when you are under the physical or mental stress.

Mixes well with orange drink.
My wife had a potassium deficiency and the hospital asked me to introduce a supplement. I mix this in with her favourite drink (Fanta Orange Zero) and she doesn’t even notice it’s there. I tried mixing with water but she didn’t like the taste. The Fanta route is perfect though.
