This is a great thimble assortment package; which I needed as I am sewing new things and didn't know which thimble I would like best. I actually ended up liking the gold tone "ring" ones best. They left my finger tips exposed to make it easier for me to sew. I've used a couple of the other ones in the pack (bronze metal ones) and have always liked those. - The leathers were new and I can see how they would be great for some people, but my finger are small, so they didn't fit me so well; however, I'll give them to my girlfriend; I'm sure she'll like them a lot!

At least two of everything in a case with good closing mechanism which is nice for someone always losing and dropping small items. They are comfortable for thimbles and don’t slip off.

The thimbles appear to be of very good quality and made with good quality materials. However..due to my inability to find...on the website..referencing...thimbles...anything giving me direction as to where I could find any reference to size. Meaning? What size are my fingers and thumbs that these would fit onto.Nothing as to small, medium or large or extra large size....just a photo of these particular thimbles. It was not sufficient. I had to order first..then try on...just to find that they are probably for a woman's hands and not a man's. It would have been more professional if there was a size chart and you could determine if your fingers or thumbs fit within those guidelines.Now...if there isn't any that are bigger..and actually say so...then my recourse is to make my own or see if these can be resized without causing damage. The part of this I dislike...is that it wastes my time. I'm 78and time is precious and time matters. Please remember that this is just a critique of a product. I'm not angry nor upset about any of it. The seller or designer probably wasn't aware of these issues that I discussed...here. So now they know. I would hope it might make a difference in marketing to others.Thank you. 👍 I did like them! They just don't fit me.

Greatb- selection in one order. I'm an avid quilter and hand sewer so these are an absolute necessity. No more needle holes in myn finger tips. Yeah! Oh - and really fast shipping.

My mom and I both enjoy quilting, but we don’t enjoy trying to push a needle through multiple layers with bare fingertips. I’ve used regular metal thimbles, but they were always awkward and never fit well. I’ve used my table to push the needle through the fabric, but this method simply wasn’t ideal. I decided to buy a leather thimble and came across this listing during my search.I am happy to report that the smaller leather is a good fit for my index finger and the larger one fits my thumb pretty well. I also like the brass looking fingertip thimble, it has a little lip where my fingernail is able to comfortably rest. Both of the ring thimbles seem more than adequate for the job.Just a single set (2 leather, 1 brass, 2 rings) would have been a good value for the money, but the company provides a double set for the amount, which made it a superb value! I kept one set for myself and gave the other set to my mom who was pleasantly surprised as she’d been wanting a leather thimble of her own and ended up with so much more!I definitely recommend this project if you’re looking to get one of the types of thimbles included, or if you aren’t sure which is the best type of thimble for you!

As pictured. Very nice assortment for the price. I would recommend to any crafter that needs finger protection.

i wanted to do a leather project and needed something to push on the needle. i figured an assortment is a good idea.the leather finger cot, doesn't fit, spins easily while wearing it, and doesn't make it easy to use. the large silver rings, are too large, they slip up my finger. and the brass ones are too small. i had to use both of those to make it work, but it was a pain. you can expand the silver, but can't crush it down to make it smaller.and the bronze ones, were not comfortable.
