Great Quality Maize
Tried all different corn meals like PAN, Goya, all those didn’t taste like what we call “Posho”nor did they taste like maize. if you are looking for posho(Kawunga) this is the best flour to use, Great product I love it.

This makes a great porridge. That's what I use it for.
I discovered "pap," or corn flour porridge on a recent trip to Namibia and fell in love with it. Luckily I was able to find this product on Amazon when I got back to the U.S., and I've been eating it for breakfast every day (with the addition of butter, brown sugar, raisins, and cream, though not too much of each. Otherwise it is harmlessly bland. You can get a decent liquidy porridge with 1/4 cup meal to 2 cups of water and it cooks very fast or add more to your desired thickness. I love it.
