The problem with the product is that on/off switch when it is off and main power switch is off the product gets heated after 15 minutes and its gets on heating that we cannot even touched it after an hour. seller sold the product at 33,900 rupees and the same product another seller selling at 29,550 rupees therefore the seller has cheated on me because the difference between the products is 4350 rupees. this product was defective and fraud.

I had purchased this inverter from local store around 30k in October 2020. Total cost with 6 batteries, stand and wiring was close to 1 lakh. It can run 1.5ton AC for 5 to 6 hours depending upon temperature settings of AC. In winter, can easily run 2000watt geyser/submersible etc along with all other home appliances like microwave/iron/ vacuum cleaner/pressure washer etc. Combined load can be 4.5 kilowattOnly pinch is its own power consumption including continuous battery tickle charging and ventilation fan, constant load of 150watt even when in stand-by mode. This means more than 3 units in 24 hours or 100 units a month which mean 700 to 900 rupee bill increase per month depending upon the electricity rate in your state.
