Q: Is there a difference between hi-print paper and zink paper?

The zink paper already has the 'ink' impregnated in the paper, so no additional ink is added during the printing process. This leads to some longevity differences; zink prints don't age as gracefully as dye-sub prints. However, there's a lot more plastic waste in the dye-sub print process, and the cartridges are much more expensive than zink paper.
