Improved Quality of Life!
I'm finishing up my second bottle and I have to say I feel like my quality of life has greatly improved. I have suffered from migraines for as long as I can remember. I know what my triggers have been since high school (lack of caffeine, waiting too long to eat, strong smells, alcohol) but one of them is completely unavoidable - I get very bad menstrual migraines. As I have gotten older (in my late 20s now) they have gone from a half-day, sleep it off, wake up fine the next day migraines to terrible migraines that I wake up with and they last for 4 days with me barely functioning. I have tried every OTC migraine medicine, sometimes with success, but then whatever I was using would stop working. I was finally at the end of my rope and ready to go see a neurologist but instead decided to look up things that would help take care of the migraine before it even started. Enter this product.Everyone on here has had pretty good success using magnesium so I was hopeful I finally found an answer. Within a few weeks of taking magnesium I noticed a difference. I have waited a few cycles to review this to see if this really was my cure, and although no, it does not take away my migraines completely, they are not as frequent or intense as they used to be. They no longer render me useless, I'm no longer stuck in bed, they do not last as long! I feel so much better now. I tell everyone I know who suffers from migraines to try taking magnesium supplements. One small anecdote that I think others may be interested in. I would also like to say that even a small amount of alcohol (sometimes even just two drinks) will trigger terrible migraines for me. I spent years of my early 20s searching for and trying out any possible hangover cure or preventatives, nothing worked. I always felt that it was unfair that everyone I knew could drink a ton and three beers would live me stuck in bed all weekend long. Unless I completely overdid it, I never threw up or was nauseous, I just had terrible migraines. I definitely do not drink as much as I did when back then because I don't want to suffer even more migraines then I have to, however, since I started taking magnesium, I have not had a single migraine from drinking alcohol. Again, I would like to say, I only have maybe 2 or 3 glasses of wine at most these days, but before taking magnesium, that would be enough to give me a terrible migraine. I did some searches and found out that alcohol reduces magnesium in your body, so maybe it was the lack of magnesium causing my terrible migraines from drinking all along. If only I knew this a few years ago!To summarize: Myself and a bunch of other people reviewing this product have had success with reducing migraines (frequency and intensity) so it really can't hurt to try a bottle or two, who knows, you may just finally feel better.

Interesting medical story
I've been hiking up our New Jersey hills for years and occasionally would complain about it being very hard to breathe. So I went to a Pulmunologist, who diagnosed me with asthma. I was given Advair and allergy medicine, and used them for a number of years, but the problem still remained on my hikes.I recently had an appointment for a stress test and during the test my heart rate spiked to over 220 beats per minute and they halted the test immediately. My Cardiologist said I had SVT (Supraventricular tachycardia) which is a heart condition wherein the electrical system in the valves and nodes become irregular causing the ventricles to continue to fire thereby raising your heart rate. Well, was I surprised, but glad to hear it wasn't life threatening and many people have it and don't know it. I was lucky enough to have it come out during a stress test. There are medications used to treat this or a procedure called ablation where a probe is inserted into your veins and the surgeon tries to find the problem and fix it by burning or scarring some of your heart tissue. Don't think I'd like that done!My cardiologist prescribed three medications, but since I cringed at the thought of taking them for the rest of my life, I did some research and discovered that sometimes Magnesium can abate the problem where it becomes less frequent or not at all. I have used Solgar vitamins and supplements since the 1970's and always found them to be of the highest quality available and they were sold on Amazon with Prime. What could be better? The supplement bottle is still made from glass! Very unusual nowadays. The capsules are a bit large for me to swallow, so I cut them in half.Since I've only been taking these for a week, I will post an update in the future. Highly recommended company.
