This is very low quality and leaks. Stay away!

Q: Will this bucket fit on a char griller smoker?

It should if your grill has a hook for the bucket

Q: is there a deep lid i can use to put my chicken roaster pan under while im using the roaster?

No matter what you are going to use this for is a piece of CRAP. It leaks I would not use it 8 for anything but maybe a decoration for my house. VERY poor quality.
