I don't quite know how to answer this question, as I never measured any of my cakes. All I can say is, they're bite sized. Looks like the ones on the pan cover. I hope that helps.

Q: Hello! i bought this tea cake pan like 3 years ago and never used. now i want to use it but i can´t find the recipe! would you help me? tia!

Here is the recipe I saved from the teacake pan packet:Swedish TeacakesFor the dough - 1 stick of butter, 1 3oz package cream cheese, 1 cup flour For the filling - 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 lightly beaten egg, 1tbsp melted butter, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 cup coconut.Spray teacup pan with non-stick veg oil. Mix together filling ingredients. Fill teacake cups 2/3 full with filling. Mix dough ingredients together, form 1/2" balls, flatten dough ball and place on top of filling in teacake cups. Be sure that dough covers filling completely, adjust size of dough ball if needed. Bake at 325 (165C) for 25 minutes, or until dough is cooked. Let teacakes cool completely, may need to run a plastic knife or spatula around edge of each teacake to loosen. Turn out teacakes and top with whipped cream.I have not tried this recipe so I have no idea if it works. I have only used my pan to make orange almond teacakes which uses almond flour instead of regular flour. I filled the teacakes with a fresh orange cream filling after they were cooked. The pan worked well and the teacakes were yummy.Hope this helps.

I have done red velvet tea cakes from a cake mix and I think I baked them about 8 minutes. I have also done brownies and filled the indentation with whipped topping. I don't see how you could make cheesecakes because as she said, the crust would be on the top. I do love the pans though, very easy to use and clean.
