I attempted to heat that cap for 1 minute
The first time I attempted to use it I put it in the microwave for one minute (like the directions on the box read) the top of the cap exploded and some of the gel leaked out after it cooled off a little I put it on and it burned a hole threw my plastic cap. I recommend starting off with 30 seconds that seemed to work.

Calienta muy bien lo suficiente para mantener tu cabeza caliente, si es algo pesado sin embargo me encanta que no tenga cables para enchufar así q se puede usar y salir de la ducha
