I’ve been using this product for three days now and every single day I’ve been going to the bathroom!! The day I received the package I was bloated felt terrible, my stomach was feeling hard and felt I couldn’t eat anything. I put two tablespoons in a glass of orange juice and the next morning I was going to the bathroom and my bloating went away. The taste isn’t bad and it’s easy to drink in my orange juice.

I love this mix! It has helped me stay "regular" and keeps me feeling full. I take it at night with my collagen peptides mix with water and a packet of crystal light and takes me 2 minutes to drink... no bad flavor and I actually like the consistency. It's the bowels moving great but seems to get less active as the more you take it I'm not sure maybe the body starts to get amusing so it doesn't work as fast as in the beginning but still works
