I bought this Hamilton Beach processor to replace the old processor. I’ve had it for several months and it works great. It has several features for chopping and blending. There are three or four blades as well.

Love this processor, easy to use, clean, assemble. I'd recommend it, makes quick work of everything.

Perfect for regular use, easy to handle and clean. Smaller size fits well in kitchen space.

UPDATE Dec 2024: Today i received a full food processor rather than just the missing shredder slicer. I had already purchased the part on my own so now i have 2 full food processors, if the slicer is in the box. So even though it was almost 2 months since i purchased the food processor, they made good on their product. I'm upgrading my review to 4 stars, not 5, due to the hassle. But this food processor is very nice. I love the 14 cup capacity and the snap on lid. Much easier and more robust than the kind you have to twist to lock in place. Every processor i ever had failed because that locking mechanism broke. UPDATE Nov 2024: Its time for Thanksgiving prep, which i use a food processor to cut up the larger amounts of stuff there is, and guess what? I realized i never received the missing slicer shredder wheel I reported within a day of receiving this food processor. I have this life to live, see, so i forgot about it. So not only did they give me a line about the fact that this was covered by my warranty so they would magnanimously cover for their quality error, but they never sent the replacement. Now I am angrily cutting up a mound of celery. I went on their website and purchased the wheel for $8.99 + $11.95 for shipping so that i at least have the blasted wheel for future use. OCT2024:I ordered this food processor because I liked the snap on pieces of the plastic cup parts, the size of the cup and that it came with all the pieces I needed for food processing. When it arrived in a box that looked like it had never been opened, the shredder/slicer wheel was missing. I wrote Hamilton Beach via the contact the seller Amazon feature, and the person responding dared to mention that this was definitely under warranty and they were going to wave the $6 fee to ship it that normally applies! Why did they even mention this when it was their packaging quality issue? It should have been "we're sorry, it'll be there right away!". Instead, it's been 14 days since I received this product and I still don't have the shredder wheel we need to process the horse radish in our garden. I might change this to 2 or 3 stars once I finally get the part because the rest of the food processor is nice and works fine. But right now I'm too frustrated. We'll see how long it takes to finally get the wheel.

I just had my Hamilton Beach Big Mouth food processor break after just a few dozen uses. It was a paper weight on my counter as I hardly used it but it broke anyway after just a few dozen uses. I got the french fry cutter and I think that seized it up and twisted the post warping it. The post the blades slip over warped and twisted and now the slicing shredding blade won't go on it.SO ….I bought this NEW 14 cup stack and snap with the 4 cup mini chopper which I will use alot for chopping garlic. I now need a food processor for slicing cabbage for home made fermented sauerkraut as I need to deal with multiple heads of cabbage and I think I might be able to do it quicker with a food processor so I decided to just get another. WELL.....this one came already defective. I just unpacked it and noticed the slicing/shredding blade is bent up and out on one side of the disc. The edge is bent out there is a pointy edge sticking out and it is also bent up with a rise on that side. It is not flat. It is crooked and uneven. Dangerous to use. So I am trying to get a new blade but Hamilton Beach doesn't answer their phone. I need a new blade or I have to go through the hassle of repacking it and mailing it back to Amazon. The unit is flimsy and not very sturdy. The plastic is thinner than my last one and the shredder slicer disc is thinner metal. No wonder it came bent. I don’t think it’s made to last.

Functionally this food processor is a rock star, it works beautifully. Sadly, the quality of plastic used to make the processor bowl is so poor that after 7 uses with just vegetables the lower part of the container is abraded and scratched. It is very common knowledge these days that once the surface of a plastic container is abraded both chemical leaching and microplastics will enter you food every time you use it. I reached out to the company about this issue and have received no communications from them. This is a waste of $80. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU PROCESS YOU OWN FOOD FOR HEALTH PURPOSES.Update: the company did contact me and offering to replace the large processing bowl. I'll update if it performs better than the original one I reviewed above.5/1/25 I'm completely satisfied with the product. I've been using the new bowel for months and it has zero scratches. The company made things right by giving me a new bowel.

I am very pleased with this food processor. I use it often and have no problems with it. Great buy for the money!
