I bought the Victiv 72 inch Camera Tripod last year which is an excellent tripod for the money. I use it primarily for my small space spotting scope and binoculars, but will sometimes use it for my cell phone or video camera. I recently lost the mounting plate that came with it when I disposed of my old binoculars and forgot to take off the attached mounting plate, DUH! Fit snug and was just what I needed for my Zomei Mini Tripod. I did think it was a little more pricey than other mounts. But hey, for a couple bucks more it worked just fine.
