Q: Are transfers sticky on the back?

Yes it is tacky so that it sticks to the surface. There is a parchment-like paper behind it so that it doesn't stick to itself for storage and while you're trying to place it on your project.

Q: Does this come with all four sheets?

Yes, it does. One for each transfer.

Q: In the fourth picture-are those flowers more of a peach then all the pink they put on all decals with flowers? I see a yellow and that is great!

It's a peachy pink. I put it on a vintage wooden medicine cabinet that was a light yellow and white and it looked marvelous. I have a shop and it has sold. I don't see a place to attach a picture to send you. Hope that helps
