Be careful with the valves--- it is easy to over heat and scorch what you are heating
The first time I used this burner, I turned the red valve near the tank all the way open, thinking I could control everything from the valve on the burner. When I tried to turn down the burner to a very low flame I actually turned the gas off, I realized this after about an hour wondering why It was taking so long to heat 10 gallons of corn chowder. After I realized the gas was off I got it going again, but this time I scorched the corn chowder as the way the heat was dissipated on the bottom of my stainless steel stock pot, and created issues. The next time I tried doing this I closed the Red valve to about 1/4 open and put a piece of sheet metal over the area where the pot sits.... this made a huge difference, and was able to control the flame on the burner easier with the burner control. I probably did not need a 130,000 BTU burner, but on the other hand I will never need to buy a bigger one.

Defective
Unboxed and hooked to propane tank. Electric lighter did not work, so I tried to light manually. That’s when I noted no gas coming through orifices. Disconnected hose, it was clear. Regulator allowed air flow. Tried to blow air into pipe where the other end of hose connected, no air would pass. Called camplux, no assistance, send it back to Amazon. Fortunately, Amazon did right by me, thanks! Very poor craftsmanship unfortunately!I was contacted by Camplux and they sent a new burner. The new burner works like a champ and they deserve credit for making things right. Thanks Camplux!

Not really what it says it is
I was reading the Q&A before purchasing and Camplux stated several times that it come with a piezoelectric ignition, wrong...does not come it anything, you will need a match or lighter to turn it on.The control knobs are a joke, you need only 1/4" turn to bring it to a OK flame, it is probably 10% of the knob total travel, if you turn any more than that the burners get too much pressure and it is unusable as more than half of the burner holes goes out and the gas flows without flame (see photo). the burner regulators are faulty...not matter with position you move then...there is no effect on flame. It is a cheap china made priced high for what it is, was expecting a better flame control at least, even using a light to ignite it which is not a big deal but the burners and regulators are not good.If you dare to buy one, make sure to burn out the paint job before attempt to cook anything in it, the smell is awful, just imagine what kind of lead and other chemicals are in it.

It’s a torch!
This two burner stove has so much BTU that could easily over cook your foods if you didn’t pay attention. On the initial setup, you need to fine tune of the gas and air ratio first to achieve the maximum heats. I remembered that I used to had a 3 burner stove brought at Costco years ago was not even close to this BTU levels.I really enjoy cooking on these burners. It is perfect for me when I’m stir fry using a wok.I highly recommended!

Love the tall setting...
Great propane burner, and the best thing about it is that it sits tall. I have another one that was starting to fail and it is short. It was a pain to work with at that short stature. But this taller one is held up with sturdy steel legs, put it on a flat and even surface and you can cook anything on it with ease. With little output, it puts out a considerable amount of heat. Very happy with the purchase.
