True to size with a little extra room
I wear large in shirts typically. I wear large and XL in scrubs (purple label healing hands) but this scrub jacket fit extra room in it. I will probably size down to a medium next time so it’s more fitted.

Fit is true to size but this oddly did NOT match the scrub bottoms that I purchased and they were also Cherokee - disappointed, returned the jacket.
