Better to grind beans and storing in the freezer. The taste is phenomenal.

I was very happy with the taste and strength.It worked well for me for refilling nesspreso pods.

Coffee available today is dummied down and diluted. This is the Coffee I remember from my youth. It is rich, robust and actually works in the morning. Coffee available today is treated like a occasional and special beverage. That is just another way to rip off consumers. This stuff is great! I don't use an expresso maker. I make it auto drip. I highly recommend it. It stands up to sweetener, spices and heavy whipping cream, without tasting like a desert without any coffee in it! Not recommended for people born after 1979! Lol!

Starbucks overcharges for their products. I'd buy this one more often if it weren't a rip-off. It's just dark roast Italian - the type one can find by other sellers. There's no need to pretend it's something buyers need to be overcharged for. Charge less and sell more or charge more and sell less. I guess some people like to spend a lot on Starbucks.

This was included as part of a wedding present for young barista. She raved about it, but does admittedly favor Starbuck's coffee for some unknown reason. Fair value, if you shop very carefully, or you can pay 50-100% over a barely-reasonable price. Nice undertones. 1 shade too dark for me.
