ISEEVY Video Rotating Box with HDMI DP inputs Support Rotate Image 90 or 270 Degree for Vertical Screen Portrait Display

I bought this as a way we could display a mobile app on a larger screen when doing demos. I was only able to get any image to mirror to the external monitor briefly and the image looked horrible. It was stretched to a weird ratio and made the image unreadable. After playing with the settings, it now won’t display anything on the external monitor. I followed instructions to reset the device, but still nothing.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the “ISEEVY 4-Channel Video Wall Controller,” and I was apprehensive at first about purchasing the ISEEVY Video Rotating Box, but I am quite happy with the outcome (however - I am only getting 30Hz output). I would prefer 60Hz but this is not a must for my application, nor did it give me a menu option for 60Hz. If you must have 60Hz, this would not be for you, unless customer support has helpful information on how to maximize output from either the ISEEVY Video Wall Controller or the ISEEVY Rotating Box. Overall it does exactly what I needed as you will see in the video.

Works great to flip the image on a reflective teleprompter for my zoom meetings. It's a little pricey, but couldn't find an alternative. It works great and it is fanless, so no noise.

Set up instructions could have been a little easier for this customer. But the on line support was terrific'' Set up colors hard to read. Could be changed for product enhancement. Overall quality and result excellent. Recommend.
