Not much more to say here, except that at first, the controller is a bit confusing. But, once you realize that for best results it is suggested to use both infrared (not visible when on) and the red light at the same time, all you have to do is press the power button and then press the middle R button one time and that's it! Super simple. I've been using it every day for almost a couple months and looks and performs just like new.Major improvement to skin color of what was necrotic skin caused by neuropathy.

After reading reviews, purchased this. Hoped it would last longer. Bulbs/chips gradually started going out. Now it doesn’t function at all. We didn’t travel, it was cared for conscientiously. Disappointing.

I dislocated my big toe playing soccer and caused a severe sprain. I started using 8 weeks after injury and not seeing major improvement from being in a CAM boot. Finally felt like I turned a corner after using for 7-10 days. Sprain began to heal and I am having more mobility in my toe. Do recommend and wish I started using right after the injury.

I had high hopes but I got the 1st one and it didn't even turn on. No power to it. I returned and got the 2nd one within 2 days which is great. The 2nd one, the power button came on but the lights wouldn't come on. I tried everything. I so wanted to try this but after 2 that didn't work, I just didn't want to take another chance. So I can't say whether it helps pain or not.***update**** The seller contacted me and offered to send another for free. This one works great. I can't say whether it actually helps with my foot pain because I haven't had it long enough. But I was very impressed with the seller.

This is my second red light boot. Worked great for several months, then the cord went bad. It was outside the return window, but I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon anyway, just to give my feedback and to my surprise, a complete replacement unit was sent out to me. Now that one has also quit working. I used it 1-2 times daily on both feet, so it got a lot of use, but it should have lasted longer. I'd love it if the manufacturer would replace it again, but I'm not holding my breath, nor will I buy again.

I really liked this unit and used it regularly. The power cord broke at the connector and I cannot use it. What are my options.

This boot is sized good and application is easy. The controller is a little difficult to see since there is no light isolation between glow lenses, but minor.The light function works well and timer is good feature. The lowest heat setting seems adequate for now.Satisfied with device so far.

Read users manual, turned on, adjust settings for desired operating mode. Look down and it’s turned off. Attempted to turn back on and it fails to turn on. Junk.
