I got this wonderful massage chair a few days ago and I am very happy with it. Here are my experiences with it so far.Delivery: The product came many days before the promised delivery date. I was pleasantly surprised with the arrival. The FedEx guy put the two boxes inside our house. That was a great help.Installation: We quickly found, moving the chair to our upstairs loft was not an easy task. It was heavy and unwieldy for us mortals to carry up the stairs. I recommend you find help if you need to move this. After we managed to move it to where we wanted to put the chair, I found it rather difficult to put all this together. The main issue is their installation guide (or lack of a good one). The sparse installation instructions were on a card they provided. This card was so small I had to read it with a magnifying glass. Even then it was not easy. Hence, I took a photo of it using my phone and viewed it enlarged on my phone. On top of it, the installation instructions were not well written. This is the chief reason I would only 4.5 stars. Actually, the installation is rather straightforward. Not difficult. But the manufacturer should provide a much better step-by-step guide.Comfort: I would like a little better cushion for the back. We are using a thick towel. The smartphone holder is a good add-on.Functionality: So far, we are using it in its automatic mode F1. This is pretty good for our needs. I will slowly explore other options.Reclineability: However, I personally like the zero-G mode. But after completing the massage cycle, the display turns off leaving you in zero-G. I had to push the power again to come back to earth. Not a big issue.Value: I find the chair to be very well made, and the features are very good. Good value of the money. Looks good too! Wish we had bought it a few years ago. My back is very happy these days!

The chair arrived on time which we were thankful for especially after having to cancel an order of a different chair from a different company that never showed up.Here's the deets on this chair: I'm female, 5'6" about 210lbs, hubby and son are 6'2"/6'3" 170 and 180lbs (they are tall and lean.) The chair doesn't really fit any of us correctly but we expected that.The rollers are very intense and can cause bruising and pain if you don't use some sort of padding.We are unclear as to why the company chose not to include a backlight on the display console. Even if you have the lights on in the room, the display panel is very difficult and hard to see. Who wants it all bright in a room when you are trying to relax?Anyone my height or taller will find they have to hold their head up as there really isn't any type of proper headrest, particularly if you are over 5'5", so your head leans too far back causing strain and pain in your neck area.Here are fixes for this chair that helped us enjoy it better:First, get yourself a thin flat pillow and place on the back area of the chair underneath the factory padding. You will still feel the massage rollers but you won't have them grinding on your shoulder blades or spine causing bruising.Get a small throw pillow for the head/neck area. You don't want your head arched back so far that it causes neck strain, so use a small pillow to prop your head up so you don't have to hold your head up yourself or have your head fall backwards so far that it hurts.Make sure you have your phone with you so you can use your flashlight to see the control panel. Another idea is to get a small battery operated clip on light and attach it to the massage chair control panel.The zero gravity is mostly a gimmick with most massage chairs. Don't let those photos of the female floating above the chair, all stretched out and back curved, fool you. You do not feel like you are floating, it does not tip back in a way that arches your back, and your legs will never, ever be fully stretched out in the chair (they will always be bent to fit in it properly.)Even with some of these issues, we really do enjoy the chair a lot! I have used it every night for 30-60 minutes at a time.The assembly was very easy and completed in 30 minutes with zero issues.The Bluetooth connects easily to your phone so we have really enjoyed having relaxing massage music playing through it.I have terrible lower leg pain from an injury, so the leg compression is amazing! The fact that this chair not only has a heating option for the back, but also for the legs, is a bonus.There are several preprogrammed massage options to choose from, but we have found that we like to manually program it to only the options we want.The buttocks vibration is great and the hip, compression is what actually gives you a floating feeling and feels so good.You can set the timer for 15-30 minutes in increments of 5 minutes.If you have cats, they will be very curious so be sure to purchase a massage chair cover to protect your investment.Overall, the chair is a decent chair at an affordable price. Just have a small light and some thin pillows available so you can tweak it to fit your body type better.Hope this helps some of you who are looking for a decent massage chair at an affordable price!
