I had never heard of this product before, but when researching intermittent fasting I read how this supplement works at cellular level to clear toxins away. I have found that this supplement has helped in my weight loss journey and supported my energy levels. Very very good value for money too.

Had heard about Spermidine having anti-inflammatory and anti-antioxidant properties and was keen to try it in general but specifically as been sufferingfrom achilles tendonitis, as had, of course, inflammation with it. Can definitely say this supplement helped with this! Made a steady difference quite quickly so really happy with this. Plan to continuing taking it...so will buy this again. Good price and quality.

This product arrived quickly, they are the perfect size and it is easy to swallow. It takes a few days to notice the impact but within a week energy levels are better and overall just feeling less brain foggy. My mind and body are fuel with energy. I think it’s doing everything it claimsDefinitely recommend they are amazing!

I’ve recently been focusing on my health and trying to get some good vitamins and supplements and I’ve really loved this one! I am looking for anyway to slow down the aging process. This product without gross aftertaste and I’ve really noticed some differences! I think it’s helping with some brain fog and trying to not feel old as I’m in my mid 50’s I also have a stomach that can be easily upset and this didn’t cause any problems! I'm really pleased this capsules NO awful taste and no stomach side effects.

These capsules are very easy to swallow and have no flavour. However, I am not convincd on their effectiveness as advertised. Maybe it's too early and I need to take them for a longer time?

I bought Spermidine just to improve my general health after reading about its health benefits online.However, I did not know that as a 'good' side effect, it would help relieve pain on my toes. I walk a lot during the day and I tend to have some niggling pains at the end of the day. I was surprised to notice that since I started taking spermidine, the pain has disappeared. I am someone who doesn't take normal pain killers and I have not taken any other medication or supplement to relieve the pain. I initially put the relief of pain as a placebo but after about a month, my opinion changed. I am fully aware that this is not a pain killer, this is only a beneficial side effect for me personally.

It's like going back in time in terms of mental sharpness. I overall just feel more alert and focused. Felt more focused throughout the week after i added this supplement to my daily nutrition. I felt like it really did help me cognitively and with my memory! Overall, after a month I am happy thus far with the results.

Spermidin hat normalerweise einen recht auffälligen Eigengeruch. Wenn hier Spermidin drin ist, dann nur in minimalsten Spuren. offenbar ist das hier einfach nur Weizenkeim-Mehl, wenn überhaupt. Jedenfalls schmeckt es so ähnlich und sieht es so aus wie gemahlene Weizenkleie.Eine Wirkung ist daher auch überhaupt nicht zu erwarten.Ich werde nichts mehr von dieser ‚Firma’ kaufen, da ich auch noch ein anderes Produkt von denen erwischt habe (angeblich ‚liposomal‘), das offenbar ebenso völlig wirkungslos ist, ein bisschen Öl und braunes pulver enthält. Liposomen sehen anders aus.Die Wirkstoffmengen-Angaben dieser Firma sind auch allesamt aus dem Reich der Phantasie entnommen, da schon das Abwiegen der Inhalte unmöglich solche Wirkstoffkonzentrationen hergeben kann.Die hier vielfältig erwähnten suggestiven Wirkungs-Empfindungen einiger Kunden sind schon recht lustig. Da hilft es auch nicht, wenn man die Fachliteratur in künstlerisch überhöhter Wunschvorstellung rezitiert. Diese Produkte sind einfach nur NEPP, mit dem Ziel dem Kunden das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen.Leider gibt es hier bei Amazon eine ganze Reihe solcher chinesischer Produkthersteller, die mit schönen Photoshop Verpackungen massenhaft wertlose Lecithinkapseln abfüllen, falsche Herstellungsländer vorgeben und riesig Geld mit dieser Masche verdienen. Man erkennt diese and sehr ähnlichen Verpackungen, eigenartigen Markennamen und den widersprüchlichen Herkunftsangaben. Diese Produkte sind auch meist deutlich billiger als vergleichbare Produkte von namhaften Herstellern.Nichts von den Werbeaussagen dieser Produkte lässt sich subjektiv noch objektiv nachvollziehen.

Das ist eklig, aber ich schreibe es trotzdem: bei mir hat das Produkt zu massiven Bauchkrämpfen und Durchfall geführt. Rückabwicklung problemlos, Kaufpreis wurde sofort erstattet.
