I can't say enough good things about this backpack. I wanted something to go back and forth to work with. I chose this because it has a spot for my lunch, as well as a spot for my papers, and other "purse stuff". There are plenty of pockets, one on each side plus 2 zip up pockets on the front where you can store "purse stuff". There are more pockets inside the top main section. The lunch box is included and is separated from the top compartment by a padded separator that velcros to the sides. I didn't see it in the pack at first and thought it was all one compartment, but its not and the velcro is strong enough to support loads of stuff without it collapsing on the lunch box. The lunch box is insulated as well. You will need an external/travel battery to hook up inside the bag to use the charging port, there is a cord attached to the inside of the bag. You will need your own cord to span from the port on the outside of your bag to your phone. I have to admit I don't know if the supplied cord is a fast charging cord, or if you can swap it out. Oh and it has a padded laptop area that runs down the back that will keep it separated from your lunch and your papers. Its an overall sturdy, stylish backpack. I love it so much, I got rid of my purse and carry this now. I might buy another for hiking and use it for first aid, water, tackle box... I balked at the price at first, but its well worth it.

Love everything about it! It does have a separator for the top and cooler part, you just have to look for it folded to the side. The only thing I don’t like is that the cord for charging to the outside of the bag broke. I wish I was able to buy a replacement because a regular cable doesn’t fit in the holder.

I love this bag, and it's super convenient. I see a lot of reviews stating that there is no separation for the lunch box and that is false! If you peek inside you see a fabric divider that you can un-velcro from the bag to separate the top of the bag from the cooler. You just have to physically do it yourself.

My work allows for minimal travel but when I do, I needed a backpack/bag that would carry all of my work things, a snack/lunch, and my personal items. THIS BACKPACK DOES THAT AND MORE! My latest trip required a standard 10" tablet with keyboard, mouse (in protective case), 1/2" standard binder, desk calendar, pens/highlighters, iPad, 3 cell phones (yep, I know LOL), large(r) wallet/crossbody with strap, 2 power bricks and chargers for phones and iPad, tablet charger, 20 oz tumbler (with resin so a little more in diameter than normal), Kleenex pack, digital pencil and accessory kit, and the lunch box contained 2 standard bottles of water and 4 cans of cola. YES, it was heavy (estimate about 20 lbs or more) but it was my testing this backpack. YES, it would not be a normal day carry situation...BUT THIS BACKPACK WORKED WONDERFULLY! No stress on zippers or seams. Nothing was broken, dented, poked, or otherwise able to create any mess or mishaps. All items were easily accessible (with the exception of the drinks which had to come out of the backpack compartment and then out of the lunch back-no real issue honestly). So in total 4.5 stars is more appropriate - the ONLY reason for the 1/2 star deduction (IMO) - I think the bottom of the back pack should be more substantial, more squared off instead of rounded. I have other backpacks of similar design (minus the lunch box and area) that are flat on the bottom and seem to stand alone better and support bag and contents with a little more security. NOW that could be that use will straighten that out, not sure though, as backpack and lunch box were both shipped flat (very flat honestly) so I had to hang then fill them to get a good idea of the look and ability. The backpack is definitely a keeper and has had quite a few comments and "where did you get that" requests-great concept for those of us who do travel or commute and take lunch. The lunch bag itself does keep things cool for periods of time (4 hours or so) but not super cold with a freeze brick/pack. I was gifted a self-contained bento box that I'm going to try next and see if that helps but I would recommend using sturdy containers over plastic bags or even disposable containers-just because your items inside the backpack do sit on top of the lunch contains. Which reminds me, to create the "shelf" separation, be sure that you secure all of the velcro tabs before you start loading things into the backpack (COMPLETELY USER ERROR!) if not, it will be difficult to get everything lined up and secured with items inside - lessen learned! Finally, it does say it's a "mens" backpack in the description - ladies, it's for you too - I have the navy and cream one and have no complaints on the color. If you wanted to add your own pizazz, go for it - it's worth it!

This bag is great for consolidating my bags I carry into work (inpatient nurse). I was tired of carrying my bag plus a lunch box. I really like the feature that allows for the box to go into the bottom. Only complaint, the same as others, is the lack of structure on the bottom half that allows the bag to fall over when the lunch box isn’t in it.

I have had this bag for about two weeks and I go hard on a hospital campus for IT. I also keep my general stuff in here for ray to day like a purse. It frayed the blue thread on parts already and is starting to get dirty already. I wish it wasn’t 20) more for the black version. I would have got that. It is a great bag for getting stuff from point a to point b which I like and Carries a lot!

It was cute. Just wish they had more different colors. It came quickly. All the zippers worked. The side pocket for bottles did stretch to fit my 34oz water bottle easily. It has a flap that you can velcro to sides that separates the bag from cooler if using or not. The bag area is not that big if you use it with the cooler inside. I'll update my review after a few months to see how it's working.

Love it. Though the inside devider should fold to cover the big opening front side instead of the back inside when not using the devided space

This bag is so functional, it has everything you need and is making my life easier packing for the day. Everything is easy to get to with the side pockets for bottles/umberella etc, the laptop section is great keeping it secure, it also fits really comfortably on my bag with padded straps. I havnt yet used the lunch box it comes with and wouldnt neccassarily use one of the zips on the front of the bag as this opens up the whole bottom of the bag so I would be worried something might fall out. But even saying that i am really happy with it.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas although it arrived later. She is happy with purchase as it's always worth reading reviews. Happy customer

This holds so much and doesn't even feel heavy. So comfortable around my shoulders. Love the lunch bag at the bottom. It's water resistant too. Great buy, I'd definitely recommend it.
