A tension free product for my pets. They get their regular food on regular time when i am not home.

This is after using for 3 months. The main purpose to feed the fishes are not that great. The mouth adjustment where the food will be dropped is not build nicely.It has different settings but at the lowest setting where I just need few good for fishes, it doesn't work. The shutter gets closed automatically. The next level will drop all the food into the which is harmful for fishes.Overall, it doesn't work.

The product works perfectly. Holding back 1 star because if they'd supplied instructions in English, it would be easy to install and use. As of now, it's all in Chinese

All my baby fish died as it does not have accuracy on how much food is dispensed. It does the job but not perfect. Plastic quality isn't good. The lid one time fell into the tank putting all the food inside to tank together. I had to clean the tank the day before I travel abroad.

The 12 and 24 hours not working

There is no on /off button

Good product, which serve the purpose. Two standard feed setting allowing either 2 times feed per day or once. Two tubs provided as per the refill quantity and duration required

The media could not be loaded.  The 12-24 hours timer does not work. Only the manual feeder button works when pressed but that defeats the purpose of an automatic feeder. Have to hand over my house keys to a neighbour now to feed the fish when we travel.
