Our dog (Penny) and we love this food ball, we use these to feed her meals out of. We have a couple of similar ones Nina Ottosson and a wobble IQ toy.To be fair, we love them all for different reasons, Nina ball is good for Penny after a long walk when she's a bit tired and treats come out quicker. Or perhaps a good toy for a dog who is new to the food dispenser toys.The Wobble ball is good middle ground toy, but she does manage to knock the level adjuster with her paw and make easier for herself! Clever pooch, other times she makes it harder!This toy I like that the adjuster is inside the toy, no accidental knocking. She gets a cup of kibble in the 4 inch ball most in the bottom compartment, the rest in the top. This acts as a good means of immediate reward and grabs her focus. And slowly builds up difficulty. For a dog who gets frustrated with the toy, you could take the middle plate out to encourage use.Some people have reviewed lower it seems because their dog got bored or frustrated, perhaps it is too hard for them? Maybe use the technique I tried? Use multiple dispensers and set the appropriate difficulty level for your pup.Other people have said the toy was destroyed, lucky Penny is not a chewer! But anything plastic is not going to stand up to chewers and your dog would need to be supervised, better toys would be rubber based toys e.g. Kong's but most toys come with a warning to supervise.

This has been my best toy purchase for my dog. She's played with this happily since giving it to her once a day, and it keeps her engaged as she tries to get the treats. The inner lid is adjustable only when the top is taken off..... which means I have control of the inner opening. Other toys she's worked out how to enlarge the hole as they're accessible to her teeth :-) Highly recommend this toy. It's withstood any attempt to chew/ being bounced around the carpet/ taken into her basket to be "got at". Much better than any other, including more expensive, toys. I shall purchase a "spare" as both of us would be sorry not to have this.

My little dog loves it!I have laminated floors so he chases it around for ages until all the treats have fallen out I have the hole to the largest setting so he does get his rewards quite quick and doesn't get fed up!It is made of hard plastic I guess so it can't be bitten so it is a little noisy hitting the walls but he doesn't mind the noise!

Brilliant product. Our puppy's favourite Christmas present by far! Very sturdy, easy to fill and can be adjusted to make it easier or harder for your dog to get the kibble or treats out of it. Has kept him entertained for ages.

It falls apart!!! A total waste of money do not buy it unless you wish to keep rebuilding it every 5mins, My 5mth old Cocker Spaniel puppy played with it and I thought Yeah at last something that will keep her occupied, it has a major design flaw the orange top is in 2 halves and they just fall apart far too easily, it is made like this for easier cleaning.?? It's only works with dry kibbles so it doesn't need to be in 2 halves for cleaning??? The owner Rachel is very customer oriented and was very helpful asking my questions as it took over 1mth to arrive to the UK the UK Royal Mail strikes obviously delayed it's delivery and Rachel very kindly gave me a full refund saying due to illness and leaving the warehouse to staff who let her down the item was shipped as quickly as it should of,I'm thinking of super gluing the 2 tip halves together but you shouldn't have to do this, if it's redesigned with the top orange half into one whole piece this would be a fantastic puzzle ball giving much needed mental simulation to your puppy and giving their owner a much required break.

Our dog loves this, however my ears / house don't feel quite the same! Think of your floor as a pinball machine - with it banging full tilt into skirting boards, furniture etc. It is only light so I haven't noticed any damage so far, but I'm now a bit reticent to use it. Maybe it says more about the boisterous nature of my dog though....

My Lhasa girls have had these for about 3 years now and they love them so much.They are still in perfect condition after all of this time and they are their favourite toy.

My puppy loves this! It can make a or of voice on my hard wood floors but it does keep her entertained

Bought as a gift for my brother's dog. He LOVES itHe's a small to mid size dog so he can't get his mouth around it so it sitters around and keeps him entertained for hours. The fact that it has dual compartments one that lets the dog hear it, the other that lets him see it makes it difficult enough to be interesting and stimulating enough to keep Buster enjoying it day after day.It's a harder plastic ball so can be a little noisy in the hardwood but for outdoors or carpet it's perfect and they don't mind it in their hard floors either.They have had it for a year now and have had no problems.

Super Ball, besonders dass man die Größe verstellen kann, aus welcher die Leckerlies kommen ist super. Daher bleibt der Ball eine Herausforderung auch bei langer Benutzungszeit :) Daumen hoch!
