First we thought we won't get assistance for assembling and tried ourself. That is so easy. Later we got a call from a person and he visited and checked it once again.Customer care people are following up for the performance issues and which is really nice as we can get assistance incase of any failure.Coming to product its really nice. Not observed any vibrations while jogging and belt is smooth.. It is occupying decent amount of space in a room. All features are working fine as they mentioned. Nice buy though.. we are not using any stabilizer but is is working fine.

The product was delivered in good condition early May 2022. As per details mentioned on their website, contacted a Whatsapp number provided who took down the address and sent a technician the following day.The technician was knowledgeable enough to install and give a demo. He took about 15 minutes to get it up and running. He also provided a demo of applying oil (25-30ml that came with the product).We have also connected V-Guard VM300 to the product for additional safety.My spouse has been using the product twice a day, once in the morning and evening for the past 3 weeks. There is minimal to no noise when the treadmill is operational. We have used pre-defined programs (12 of them) provided in the treadmill.The shock absorbers are good and there is no pain in the knee after jogging/running for 35-40 minutes.Auto inclination works well and promptly responds to the input. Speed can be controlled via the main display or the controls provided on the right side handle. Once again, pretty responsive to user input.Display is good enough to show the speed, inclination, heart-rate etc. Not used the mobile input for music as my phone does not have 3.5mm jack.Overall a pleasant experience so far from the product. Need to purchase oil, and as per the manual need to oil the treadmill every 10 hours of usage.

I am writing this review after using this treadmill for like two weeks now. Product delivery was quick, it was delivered the next day of my order. And, It came assembled in the package. Only the vertical stand and dashboard had to be aligned in its position and fix them with 4 screws provided in the package. As per the instructions given in the user guide and also the product installation video seen online. I felt comfortable and was able to install on my own within 20 mins on the same day of delivery and started using it. Free installation service is also available but I preferred to do it myself as the instructions were simple. Customer service also followed up with me twice to check on if I need any help.We are using the treadmill twice a day for 40 mins each session with persons weighing around 75-80 kgs and had no complaints so far. It's an excellent product for less cost. Worth buying it. Magnetic Emergency stop switch is awesome feature without which Treadmill can't be switched on.

After 15days suddenly stopped while walking. After I have several times called to Welcare but not responding.Still not working. Worst response from Welcare as well as Amazon.Still the problem not solved by Amazon/welcare. Still simply saying wait some more time.....more time....more time. Already passed 5days .
