I like this product, I've started taking 1 tablet (instead of 2, it seems too much to me even if it's suggested 2 a day in the box) since one week and I already feel more calm and relaxed. Let's see in the long run if it improves my fertility, I've been trying to conceive since 2 years, maybe this time is the turning point!

I've got polycystic ovaries, which I life symptoms of irregular periods, easy to gain weight and pms. These have regulated my cycle and calmed my mood.
