Bought an S3 for a trip to Australia. Overall I was happy - the support and comfort was pretty good, and compact carry case is nice feature. Someone with a slim neck might find it a little loose, even at its tightest, and it would get warm if the cabin temperature is set high (thankfully was ok on my flights). Couldn’t help noticing that the same item is currently retailing for less than half the U.K. price in Australia, mind you (specifically, 50 AUD).

So comfortable on long flight to New Zealand

This product had good reviews and was recommended by a vlogger that I watch for pro travel tips. The pillow is designed to attach to the headrest on the seat, however, it's impractical for petite people as the pillow will be placed too high to be comfortable. I am 150cm tall, I could not use the pillow attached to the headrest during my long-haul flight. Moreover the strap broke during the long-haul flight which I found to be disappointing as well; as this should not have happened on the first attempted use.

This is by far the best travel pillow I have used, firm but comfortable. It keeps your head supported and allows a decent sleep on a long haul flight however it can get quite warm when used for long periods. The only down fall was that the strap that attaches to the head rest is not very flexible; when applied on my TUI long haul flight to Thailand I needed to sit upright and this was very uncomfortable and so I used it without the strap. I'd say the older generation my be better value for money as the extra £10+ for a strap that can not be used on all planes does not seem warranted.

Very supportive and comfortable. If your considering buying a good quality travel pillow, you wont go wrong with this one!

My partner and I bought one each for a long haul flight to New York. I slept for the majority of the flight (this has NEVER happened) and my head did not fall once. I am 5”7 and my partner is 6”3 and we both found the pillow comfortable when the Velcro straps were fastened to the seat’s head rest (as recommended). The soft memory foam filling contours to your face and neck. The pillow felt a little claustrophobic at first due to the pull string bringing the pillow tight under your face/chin, however it soon felt comfortable. Having previously using many travel pillows and being left thoroughly sleep deprived on long journey flights, I can confidently say that this pillow is worth the price tag and does what it promises!

Amazing travel pillow, but maybe a little on bulky side (especially when packed away in its pouch bag).I am a rather tall person and fits very comfortably.Earphones stay on fine when using both.Straps are a bit needless as I have not been on a plane yet where they are suitable for chairs, but I prefer to just put pillow on and relax in my chair for whole of flight.

It’s impossible to sleep on the plane with this pillow.
