As a D.A in Himachal, i needed a book which can open everything about pwd. And this one fulfils the wish. The book is well written and we can see the hardwork of author by working year by year on it.. little costly but worth purchasing.

Difficult to understand for beginners.

Very useful book for those engaged in Public Works Department anywhere in the country. The calculations are sometimes short of self explanatory. For instance, which receipts and expenditure will go against which head of accounts are often confusing. But with a little bit of hit and trial, the concept eventually gets clear.Other than that, I think the book is solid.
