Design:Value for money:Overall product is good. My original remote was slightly different( prime and Disney shortcut not included) tv model wasn’t listed for compatible but it worked but certain features did not work such as voice commands and prime video/disney shortcut. But it clearly states what models are compatible so I can’t negatively rate it. Also this remote is more compact and durable compared to my original remote

Plastic feels a little cheap but works well and as intended hasn’t had any problems so far. Easy to use and understand and design is similar to my original tv remote.

Great replacement for the one I lost. Just needed to connect to Bluetooth for it to work 100%

I purchased a new Sony Bravia K series smart TV last April to replace my previous Sony Bravia TV. I was very disappointed with the functioning of the remote controller that came with my new TV. This replacement controller is vastly superior to the original from Sony. It is much easier to use and is like my old controller. My only disappointment is the absence of user documentation. There should at least be a URL link to an online PDF version. It is good value for the money and I do recommend it.

Works great for my TV I use it as a backup so when my toddlers lose the main remote, I pull this one out until the other one is found.

Our old remote looked just like this but not as good as this one! Pressing the buttons has a feel to it that you know it’s working!

The product works good, but it does not have the voice command functioning. The button is there, but it does not function /not work.
