Globe cooling gel is excellent value and identical composition compared to Preparation H cooling gel or pharmacy brands like CVS. That is less that 1/3 (30%) for the exact same thing.Where does Pfizer (Prep H mfg.) get the freakin nerve! 300% over the generic brand.Save your $$. Buy this one and make a statement about greedy drug mfgs.

Works very well better than prep-h. I am glad it's not an oily cream however it's more of a jel and dissipates quickly and kinda of a pain in the - A to apply..lolI would recommend the company include some kind of an applicator and for this took off one star otherwise its excellent.

This ointment advertises same as national brand but it is not quiet the same. Not as cooling.

My ass was burning so I use this stuff. It helps relieve the itching and burning so you're not walking around scratching your butt all over the place.

Disappointed that I got a product that expires in less than 6 months. I did not notice until after I opened the first one. This product should have at least a 2 year expiration time.

it does not work at all.....some things are just worth paying the price for...there are generic versions out there that are just as good as prep H but SADLY this is NOT one of them. It does have the same ingredients but....since they double the amount of inert ingredients...the magic is lost and it is rendered ineffective.
