vegan version of the classic
This one was really good! It had decent size slices if mushroom. It came with two soup base packets (see my picture). The green one was a mild ramen base flavor with green onion flakes. and the orange packet had the classic very very spicy flavor.I like that it came with both soup packets so you can adjust the heat level to your preference!Noodles were classic shin style. I enjoyed this and can share with my vegan friends too.

Delicious and vegetarian! Yay!
Scrumptious. We are addicted to these ramen noodles. Im so thankful because they are vegetarian and flavorful. They are very SPICY! But to reduce the heat, just don't add the whole packet of the red seasoning mix. We also add baby bok choy or romaine or any other random veggies we may have.

Tasty, vegetarian, and made in USA!
This ramen is vegetarian, tasty, medium-spicy (to me) and has a nice “flakes” packet, including fairly large chunks of mushroom (the size of my little fingernail?). And since it’s made in the US, it’s a little more eco-conscious - it didn’t have to be shipped across an ocean!
