I wear this headband while I sleep in combination with a Myotrac. I clench my teeth while sleeping which causes neck, jaw, shoulders and head pain when I wake. The Myotrac senses the tension then beeps through the headband with speakers which causes me to soften my jaw. With the headband on my hubby is not waken when the device beeps. Only issue I've had is in some sleeping positions on my sides, the flat speakers can hurt my ear, I simply slide the headband a bit so the speaker is either in front of or behind my ears.

The thinnest sleep headphones I have found anywhere! I only received today so I can’t speak for longevity but the band is super comfortable and the headphones don’t feel uncomfortable like other brands I used in the past. I have only a few tiny gripes: 1) The headphones tends to slip around. I think I may apply a couple of velcro dots to to inside of the band to see if I can get them to stay in place. 2) The band tends to slip on really clean hair or with a ponytail. 3) Although it isn’t marketed as such I really wish the headband was wider in front so that I could use to block out sunlight in early mornings and migraine days. Otherwise I just love them! Sounds great!

This was a gift for my husband who has owned similar ”sleep” Headphones. He listens to binaural m beats at night and has wanted to sleep phone brand for a while. He said that this pair definitely did not disappoint him. He is very happy with the sound quality and the comfort of the headband. They are a perfect fit and stay in place all night. That was a major downfall with the other brands he’s tried.

They are about what I expected, although the material isn’t as comfortable as expected. I would pay more to have a more comfy material
