One of my favorite supplements
Improves my energy levels and improves my mood, I can tell the difference when I don’t take it. I’ve heard it described as a “nap in a pill” and I think that’s apt. This works as well as other more expensive extracts with the same ingredients.

I purchased this to add to my multivitamin regimen. It's effective and the pills are actually pretty small. The bottle was well packaged and this brand has no extra additives that arent necessary like a lot of other brands. Purched and will subscribe and save!

Can't say that I notice a big difference or any at all. Somedays I feel like may give me a bit more energy or recovery, but not sure if it woth money. Will likely take out of my stack.
