Worked perfectly with Line6 Helix Rack / Control
Was instantly recognized, but polarity (as noted in many other places) was inverted (toe = 0, heel = 100%). Setting switch on bottom of pedal to "Other" and in Global Settings on the Helix setting "Polarity" for this Exp Pedal to "Inverted" and it works absolutely perfectly. Stays put when set, good range of motion. Will likely buy a 3rd (if I find something to control with it - using 2 now for Vol and Wah-or-Delay Fbk). Took longer to update my presets to use this rather than an external mapped MIDI pedal than to set the pedals up. Allowed me to remove a big external controller (Behringer FCB1010 - which I loved for a long time, but it's too big for my current space) from my rig. Overall great and 1/3 the price (or even less) than other options with 100% of the functionality.

No worries!
It works great!Inexpensive, adjustable knob, and 2 settings on the bottom.Heavy duty plastic, but not cheaply made.

An excellent quality pedal at a nice price
I like having the adjustment knob which allows me to set the silent point of the travel at the physical stop. The adjustment is a bit sensitive, and slightly difficult to set exactly. Also, there is a tiny bit of free play in the pedal linkage, which makes precision a bit less than I would like. The mechanism, a slotted lever and round pin, is very standard for foot pedals, and I am being overly picky about that. I am comparing this to a Studiologic VP-27, which I have nearly worn out. The VP-27 uses a nylon rack and pinion gear system, which is slightly more precise. Overall, this is a very good expression pedal, which should work well for nearly any expression pedal application using a TRS plug.

There's a reason these are so popular
I now have two of these for use as expression pedals (not sustain). One is for my MODX8, and the other for an Arturia Keylab MKIII. These pedals work flawlessly. Zero issues, and they stay put as well. Additionally, it's a different enough feel under your foot that yo don't get confused between this and the regular sustain pedal. FYI.

Works well with Line 6 DL4 - Here's a Schematic
For $20 it's decently made and a great value pedal that can be configured to work with many devices. But you do need to know what your device requires (electrically) in order to set it up properly. The documentation is all in Chinese with no explanation of what's inside or how it's wired. I disassembled mine and created the attached schematic. You'll need check out the schematic and configure it for your use. Here are the components and their functions:SW1 - Switch on the bottom reverses Tip and Ring on the 1/4 TRS plugR1 - 1k resistor in series with the wiper on R2R2 - 12K potentiometer that is controlled by the pedalR3 - 50K Low Limit trim potentiometer that is in series with the sleeve (ground) on the 1/4 TRS plug and the R2 pedal pot. It is controlled by the gray knob on the left side.Turning the Low Limit trim gray pot all the way counter-clock wise bypasses it and turning it all the way clock-wise adds 50K ohms to the circuit. So all the way CCW means it acts as a 1k to 13k pedal. All the way CW and it acts as a 51K to 63K pedal. Half way would add 25K so it would act as a 26K to 38K.You can't get to zero because of the 1K resistor in series with R2's wiper. If you need to have it get to zero ohms as I did for my Line 4 DL4 and have basic soldering skills this can be easily done by taking off the bottom plate and simply soldering a jumper wire between pads on the each end of the 1K resistor. You will then have 0 to 12K or as much as 50K to 62K depending on where you set the Low Limit trim pot.I'm using the EX-P as an expression pedal for my DL4 delay pedal and should work on all of their modeler pedals if you bypass (by shorting across) the 1K (R1) resistor.

Great Pedal, Especially for the Money
I got this as a back-up to my Line 6 expression pedal, but like this better. It is less than half the cost.

Solid pedal at a budget price
Works great, price is right.

Not a volume pedal
Altho this seems like a good pedal for it's intended use, and considering it's made out of plastic, it seems well made. Be aware, this IS NOT a volume pedal. I tried to use it in 3 different inputs and it didn't work in any. I saw that it said it could be used as a volume pedal and was compatible with many keyboards...It was not compatible with my Korg.
