I bought this for my Sea Salt and it is so Beautiful. The Salt is the Best so it deserves a Special container. I have heard many times through the pages of the Bible the many uses of Acacia Wood and figured it must have been a really Beautiful Wood and it certainly is. To see it in person and to have it for the Best Flaky Sea Salt is an incredible experience for me. Just like when I saw my first Alabaster Jewelry Box. I knew all about it, but never got to see it and that was used for the Kings Wine Jar. So many things that you imagine but when actually seen in person, you're really in awe. This container can be used for many things, even a jewelry box or to hold special hair accessories. It was not expensive at all. Maybe it was because it had no spoon and was located near the Special Salts, but to me it was perfect and I have plenty of spoons. The wood was so worth it for the special salt. I highly recommend this container for whatever you would like and it could easily be giftable. So happy I got mine. It also has a magnet cover so you can turn it to get into. and out of. Nice so it doesn't spill your salt.

I love our new salt keeper. This one is very durable, the magnet is strong, and it keeps our salt tasty. I think it’s the perfect size and makes our countertop look so much better. Would order again!

Perfect size, doesn’t stick out on counter and fits right in next to the salt and pepper grinders. The darker acacia wood is a good color that makes it blend into background. The swivel lid works well, swinging open in either direction and is removable for cleaning.

Very handsome, or lovely, addition to my counter and holds a decent amount of salt. My arms and hands tend to knock over anything that will tip easily; this salt box is quite stable. I am very glad I bought this for mt birthday.

This salt cellar is made of nice looking wood, and works as advertised, with a magnet holding the swiveling top in place. Two things I noticed is that the lid is not matched to the body (so no natural wood grain lines match up), and the interior is not smoothly polished like the outside. That means if you wipe the interior with a paper towel, it leaves bits of the paper inside. All in all, however, it is a good deal and does what it's supposed to.

i have been getting special celtic salts for extra minerals, and they are large crystal. i love thes containers, flip the lid over, pinch salt onto food, and close it back up. Looks pretty so leave it on the counter by the stove.

The color and wood grain is great. The lift off lid, for easy cleaning is precisely as advertised. Magnet closure is strong enough, yet still easy to open. I am glad I purchased this one!
