I was going back between this and the Filipino Magic Sing since that’s what I grew up with at every gathering. I ended up going with this simply for it being half the price point and no regrets!I’ve pretty much used this everyday since purchasing it. It’s so flexible too between being a portable karaoke machine and speaker if you just wanna play music at the park, beach, etc. I love that I can just grab it to.This has been a HUGE hit at gatherings and everyone always ask me what product it is because the sound sound system can get pretty loud for a small looking device! The KaraFun app makes it an amazing experience with friends as they can simply just queue up what they want to sing from their individual phones!I will say I struggled figuring out how to activate the 6 month trial of KaraFun at first, just make sure you email ikarao support with a screenshot of the product number when you boot up the system and they’ll guide you from there. After my 6 month trial of KaraFun I will continue to use their app cause I think the experience is that worth it paired with this product.

My family is in LOVE with this product. We had talked about getting a karaoke machine but the ones we found were too bulky and low tech. Then I stumbled on this Ikarao portable karaoke machine.Top reasons to get this if you want to have your own "home" karaoke setup- Easy setup: Just power on, open the top to reveal the screen, and turn on the microphones.- HDMI out to TV: Make use of your big screen at home! We turn our living room into a karaoke room on Fridays.- Many app options: Open youtube or spotify to play and sing to your favorite songs. The best experience is to use Karafun because it allows everyone in the room to scan the QR code with their phone to search and queue up songs.This karaoke machine brough back karaoke nights. I grew up in a family that had a karaoke machine that required disks and a dedicated sound system.

Sound is great. It was very easy to set up and customer service was very responsive to my email to request code to set up free trial of Karafun app. Definitely an “adult” quality device not just a toy for kids. 5 stars.

I purchased this for my daughters. It is very nice product. Sound quality is amazing, speaker and microphones both. Very easy to charge and use. Looking forward to many performances from my three princesses. Next mission, ear plugs. :)

I decided on this karaoke machine based on reviews - a hard "yes" was the free 6-mth subscription to their karaoke app that is usually 9.99/mth. I have not received a reply from their customer service and will change my review when and if they do so.. otherwise, everything is pretty easy and clear to use. There is a lot of lagging between the tablet when connecting via HDMI cable to the TV (and I have fiber, so fairly good internet).02/20/25 edit: So support @Ikarao reached out and basically to redeem the 6-mth free subscription, don't create an account on your phone/iPad before you start your karaoke machine. When you power up, make sure you have the latest updates (mine as of this date are app version "V0.6.0_US" and device version "0.4.7_EN" for the US). Open the KaraFun app on your unit, click on "create account", enter details and after signing in, you'll have the option to redeem the 6-mth free trial. I changed my review from 1 star to 4 only because the tablet still lags when using YouTube or Spotify. Hope this helps!

The sound is amazing and the portability is very convenient!

All my issues with this product center around the Karafun interface and remote feature.- I have a Karafun account 5+ years, consisting of 400+ songs saved. When I log into Karafun on the machine, I see all my songs and playlists. Unfortunately the songs on the playlists, which I have saved in app with custom pitches, do not show the custom pitch saved in the app. It only shows the pitch setting from the previous song played. So you have to go to the phone app to see what your setting was and manually adjust. Dumb.- When using my mobile phone for remote control, the machine's Andriod screen (or TV if connected) only shows the Song Title. You are forced to read the lyrics on the controlling mobile phone. So that means KJ has to station themselves hunkered over the machine's Android screen rather than sit with everyone else. Dumb.Other minor issues: For the price paid, I expected foam covers on the microphones, a REAL necessity. Also, a real power supply for charging rather than a lone USB-C cable (Hope you have a port to use!). I realize they're trying to keep cost down, but if you have to buy them separately then it's not real savings.

Very good sound quality. Can use Wi-Fi or phone for song selection.
