Love otter cases , this one saves my screen and protects it when I drop it. It fits well and very durable

As soon as I purchase my phone I purchased this case this is my third OtterBox case and this is the reason I don’t buy the insurance for my phone my friend years ago took his phone, encased in the OtterBox and threw it across the tiled floor, with enough force to damage the unit.The phone came out unscathed, a few scratches on the case itself, but the phone worked perfectly with no problems. After that demonstration, it was OtterBox for me.

This is a very nice case - not overly weighty and fairly trim. I'm not sure how the 3rd layer really adds to the protection when 2 has always done the job, but it's fine. My big complaint (and a mistake which is probably my fault) is this has the microphone cover flap and I hate those. It's handy if you're in really wet or dirty conditions, but for me it usually means having calls where no one can hear me because I forgot it was closed. I'll just cut the flap off to justify this pricey purchase. Since my first iphone, I've only used Otterbox or Spigen cases and find them reliable and effective. The selection of 16 Pro cases is currently small, since they've just been released, so I went with what I know. This is mag safe and i'm surprised to see there are iphone 16 cases which aren't mag safe.

I have used only Defender Otterbox for years. This is my favorite. Color is like a denim blue.

There is no screen protector. The older otter box defender was far superior

I don’t like there is nothing protecting the right edge where the “action” button is. Leaves screen and edge of phone vulnerable to damage. Color seems to show/pickup dirt easily

Ah, here’s the grip I was looking for. I tried 3 less expensive cases with some nice kickstand features and multiple times military grade drop protection, including the Otterbox Commuter Series, but they all just felt too slippery in my hand. Like they had to have the military grade protection cuz you’re guaranteed to drop it at some point. This one just feels really secure and relaxed in my hands, no need to hold on tight to keep it from falling.
