Product came sealed which is good. The oats are pine powder and instructions suggest mixing with water or juice. I usually use water because juices are high in glucose. The oats taste like oatmeal. It is easy to drink with room temp water but you need to mix it before chugging it down. I suggest using boiling water to make it more thick and becomes more like oatmeal. Good fiber.
