Good mints. They seem expensive when you are buying so much. But if you compare to serts or other mints at the grocery. Its actually cheaper.As for the dental aspect. I cant say for certain. Its only been a month. And I don't use them daily like it says. I got spearmint and it's mildly minty. Which i love. I do not like mints that burn or make my eyes water.

I use Zellie's mints and gum, as well as follow Dr. Ellie's mouth care system. It takes awhile so don't give up! After about 7 months, I no longer had gum flair ups or bleeding! I have some moderate periodontal disease, but my inflammation numbers were down in the normal range! My hygienist also commented how my gums had tightened up a bit too and she said keep up whatever you are doing!

I'm really enjoying these little Zellie's mints! The fact that they are beneficial to my teeth as well is a big bonus! They are very convenient to take along with me and the fact that they won't melt if I leave them in the car when it's hot is great too!

I have tried several xylitol products--all of which I hated because I felt the flavor was always weak. I first heard of Zellie's when I discovered Dr. Ellie on YouTube. I decided to buy the big bag of Spearmint mints & am extremely pleased with the flavor! It is very strong spearmint--which makes this 5 stars for me!!

I purchased this, especially because it uses xylitol which is supposed to be good for your gums and other health benefits. Absolutely delicious and potent flavor. I have ordered a number of times and also enjoy the gum. Definitely a great product.
