Items missing
When my order arrived it was merely a box. No bear and no heart or jar. It was a gift for a friend so I was mortified when she opened it to find nothing in it.

Nice little gift
This was a gift for my mum, we don't live in the same country so when her dad died she needed a hug which i couldn't physically give because of distance. The bear hug was a suprise for her and she loved it
