I do longer endurance rides on the bike and a bit of running too. I don't drink enough when I’m on the bike in particular, and often feel very tired and sore muscles. The powder in these sachets mixes well with water and tastes good. The texture of the water changes to a slightly thicker liquid, but it is still easy to drink. I’ve noticed that I feel better when I take one of these sachets when I get home. My legs feel less sore and I’m not reaching for a drink every 5 minutes. These are a good addition to my fitness routine.

Great taste, also feel the benefit straight away, in this heat, I am coping better, a real energy boost, dissolves easily, great drink!

Love the flavour of these rehydration drinks. Especially the strawberry and the passion fruit varieties. They dissolve really easily which is a big plus for me because I hate when there are powdery chunks at the bottom of my glass. They really do work and are excellent to rehydrate after a night out or exercise. Id love to see a sugar free variety because they are sweet but this is good for a quick burst of energy. The downside is the price. They're by far the most expensive rehydration support out there ... If you don't mind paying a premium price then you'll definitely enjoy the results...but on the other hand there are very good options for a lot cheaper.

initial taste is quite salty but that's literally for the 1st second other then that it does what it says on the tin its a good sup

I wish I found these sooner.Massive reduction of cramps.I used to suffer cramp all the time, but since taking one sachet a day, the cramps have 99% gone. The strawberry smell fantastic when you open the sachet, and taste as good as they smell.I pop one of these in a small bottle of water when I wake up, and drink the entire bottle straight away. If I am playing golf in the sun, I will take a bottle with a sachet already poured in, and drink it once I've finished the front 9 ready for the back 9.These really do make so much of a difference. Highly recommend these.I haven't tried the other flavours yet so I can't comment on their taste.

These are absolutely so delicious and really really WORK. I used to have them every morning when I was breastfeeding to hydrate in the morning. They have loads of salts in them very similar to dyoralite but a more premium product however I just can’t get over the price. It really is too expensive if you’re gonna have them every day so I use them as a treat. It’s a shame if it was a better price I would use them every day.

Tastes good feels like it hydrates me energy goes up

I was sceptical of Liquid IV initially but decided to try it out. I’ve now re-purchased twice. I can honestly say that this has helped me so much, particularly whenever I woke up with a hangover! It really gets rid of thirst and makes me feel a whole lot better almost immediately. I also sometimes have it after a workout if I feel really de-hydrated. Works wonders! I’ve tried the Passion Fruit & Strawberry flavours and prefer Strawberry.
