I purchased these drawers last year (2019) after having extensive building work carried out on my property. I was looking for a set of drawers that would fit into a small corner but match the new doors and flooring and décor. These drawers are perfect, they are the right colour, the perfect size and are a solid item of furniture. They are exactly as described by the seller and I would certainly consider purchasing additional items from this reliable source. I have attached a number of photos to demonstrate the colour, some with the light on, and some with the light off, hopefully this will help anyone considering buying these drawers that they definitely are good value for money, a nice piece of furniture and will be a nice addition to your home.

Absolutely delighted with this very well crafted, solid oak chest of drawers. The photo really doesn't do it justice. It is a lighter colour than the one in the photo with a smooth satin finish which matches my other bedroom furniture. Perfect size for the small guest room. Also praise to the Hallowood team for giving me regular updates and organising a convenient delivery slot . Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I manage to push strut back into place but joint was permanently damaged.No sign of damage on packaging so had to be done before dispatch.

Package was great so was delivered. But damaged in side . I am dealing directly with the company for a parshal refund. I have pictures. An update the company was very good understanding and got my parshal refund.

Product was unpacked, bottom drawer had collapsed because lower framework had pulled away from side frame. Screws missing from runner supports which were wrongly positioned anyway! Screws had splintered wood in a number of places in the frame, so whole structure was rickety to the extent that I repairs cannot be made because of structural damage! I'm not even going to try send it back as I had desposed of the box and packing and don't want to waste more money! ...so much for quality control! But I must add a post script, I did buy this item as an "open box" product at a reduced price, but still, quality control control should have picked up the faults before delivery.

No aspect of my transaction was less than 5 stars. Quality item well packaged and lightening delivery, couldn’t ask for more.
