Q: How much weight can it hold?

Not to sure of exact weight but I have 3 suits, about 10 dress shirts and a snowboard jacket hanging on it now and the poles are still perfect!

Q: would this be good for a craft festival?

It depends on what you are going to hand on it, but it's very sturdy.

Q: What tools do you need to assemble?

The Allen wrench that comes with the product. That's it.

Q: How much weight does it hold, not listed anywhere, clothes are heavy?

I hung my entire wardrobe on the rack. Not sure of the weight but it was no problem. Dresses, shirts, pants, jeans and a couple of heavy jackets. I recommend.
