Returning the product
Product is of good build quality with auto feature. Only thing misleading in the description is about its shred cycle stated 40 mins. In reality it works for 2 min On time & gets Off for 40mins Cool down period.

Bad product for more then 100 pages at a time
After 30 to 40 sheets of paper cutting it gives overloaded and it takes 60 min to restart. If I have 100 or 200 sheets paper I cannot cut in one go.

Good product. Does what it says it will do
Good product. Does what it says it will do. So far we have tried about 6 or 7 sheets at a time, and it does the job well. Has only been 15 days since we got this product. Hopefully, will continue to work well.
